    Ok, guitarlover dude, if you are 12 there is no reason to be weight lifting. Weights are a lot of mass on a young growing body. But, there is nothing wrong at all with doing calisthenics. E.g. push ups, sit ups, crunches, leg lifts. triceps dips, maybe a little tubing resistance but i would not mess with weights until you have grown more, maybe around 16 or 17.

    Has anyone here bought his program? is it really as ‘explosive’ and lean training as advertised? Been bulking for a few months now and basically trying to lean out at this point. Would love to know if his program has unique exercises to get the blood pumping and the fat burning. Thanks again!

    i realy like the video but my main problem is a layer of fat that i have tried literaly everything to get rid of it id would realy lik if you could give me some tips get rid of the layer of fat before the summer starts

    Tough to tell the color, but it appears to be red. Red resistance tubes are usually ~20 lbs of resistance.

    How do i get pure 100 % flat abs ? i mean not even the smallest bulk in them.. do i stop doing ab exercises and just focusing on burning off fat ? i already have kind of bulky abs and i wanna change that to a flat stomach.
