    @kaegirl444 well you can feel it in your abs the next day hehe.. and if you keep on doing it every day your abs feel tighter like its hard to explain but i recommend it! :)

    You Are in very good shape. Esp since you are talking pretty much the whole time you are doing the exercises.

    @AFONSINA1000 That’s because ur putting ur hands on ur neck and u push ur neck to get up?…that’s the worst thing you can do, I would suggest jogging first if you wanna do ab workouts. because it’s gonna be hard if you don’t. trust me I’m going through it right now, I lost 20 lbs of fat in about a month and a half or two. jogging is the best.

    i must say you are in excellent shape i will definately give these moves a shot i hate excercising but when getting older one needs to get moving. Good job
