Wow, how much sexier can she be working out. She is always smiling, have a positive attitude, and she makes me happy just by looking at her. Damn, I wish I could be her boyfriend. I couldn’t see myself cheating on her. How could I. Perfect body, personality, character, and always in tune to workout.

@MissYessie11 Wanted to let you know that i put up a new Quickie: “Bride-To-Be Quickie Workout in Bed.” Obviously it’s not just for brides-to-be, but it addresses wedding and honeymoon spots- like the chest pouch from a strapless top, bat wings, belly and thighs. Would love to know what you think about it ;)

@skywalkerssp Thank you :) So glad you love them! Many people experience snaps, cracks, or popping in their connective tissues. In fact, my ankles pop whenever I jump or walk on my tip toes (you can hear them in a few videos that I will be posting). It happens when a muscle or a tendon moves over a bone, especially if the area is weak or inflexible. Do less reps and work up to more in order to strengthen your hip flexors, increasing range of motion and preventing potential inflammation.

Am loving your quikie exercises!I’ve a question everytime I do the leg circle.. I could hear my cracking sound at hips .. Why is that??

@907DoOrDie For roundhouse kicks, start with 10 on each leg. If you can, push it to 15, then 20. You really feel this one in your hip flexors (the connection between your thigh and hip bone) and your abs. It’s a really good one!

  15. By 907DoOrDie on Sep 12, 2010 | Reply

how many round house kicks on each side?

-Princesspearlskmk, the Belly Roll, if done slowly, can be used as your warmup. If you are doing the Quickie at night, marching in place for 2 minutes is enough of a warmup to get your blood circulating and your muscles ready for the workout.
-Effronteriex3, I’ll be sure to do one for inner thighs too ;)
-Audskater and CarlyMooBarly, thank you ;)

but what about the warmup which is supposed to be done before the exercise how to do that?

Let me tell you Laurel, I love your video. I also work out in bed and it works. I do a lot of mini workouts throughout the day as well – out of bed. Keep it up!

I love these in bed quickie work outs! The excuse for no time to work out really does go out the window when we could do something as simple as these exercises to begin our day or bring a close to it! Thanks for sharing!
