Full abdominal routine

Well, I woke up and decided to get a quick morning “wake-up” workout in. I figured I’d do some abs. I was gonna watch this video I have, but then I decided to make up my own routine combining the best of the videos I’ve seen and a little of my own knowledge. Its works really good for me. It is an intermediate to advance level routine so you’ll have to customize it to your own level. Disclaimer: I am not a professional trainer nor am I a fitness guru. Perform these exercises at your own risk. Please excuse me if I stutter talk too fast…I’m working on it. :) Also, turn your speakers up because the sound isn’t that good. PLEASE VOTE AND COMMENT! Abdominal Routine MONDAY, WEDNESDAY ,FRIDAY 25 reg crunches 25 reverse cruches lower abs 25 right oblique 25 left oblique 25 crunch variation knees up 25 legs straight up crauncheslower abs 25 right oblique variation 25 left oblique variation 25 push through crunches 25 reverse crunches cross over knee, 12 on each side 25 right oblique variation 2 25 left oblique variation 2 25 crunch variation 25 knee to chest and legs out lower abs 25 right oblique variation 25 left oblique variation 25 floor sweepers SQUEEZE YOUR AB MUSCLES AND DON’T FORGET TO BREATHE!!!!

    @ajcacabeer well of these ind the à „ nderungssachen. You& #039; Regehen to have Situps into your program hinzuzufà ¼ towards, if you guarantee success at them fà ¼ r the army möchten. Replace at least from yourï⠀ œ  ¿ a Knirschensätze with one situp sentence. Any that or regelmäà Ÿ industrial union test itself with so much Situps möglich.     He has I a question man. I do a program of left inclined and right inclined crunching 50 each side and then do I Regularknir 50mal, to 50 Rà ¼ ckknirschen and thenï⠀ œ  ¿ 50 double crunching. My question is, if I sit ups wà ¼ rde differentiate hinzufà ¼ ge? I mean, there crunching fà ¼ r your ABS then wà ¼ rde it constitute if I don& #039 is; t sit ups? Leave me knw brah.
