How can I stretch my ankles, abs, and abdominal muscle?

February 20th, 2012 | by admin |

When I’m in track my ankles start bothering me after the 3rd or 4th 200m-400m we do…also i usually don’t notice my abs or abdominal pain till at the end of practice when we have to do a “cool down jog” and my abdominal muscle starts killing me, my ankles also bother me too

by the way my ankles haven’t bothered me much yet, but i dont know if i didnt noticed it…but my abs and abdominal kare killing me

also, i only have pain at the top right of my abs, and top of my right abdominal muscle, but not the left or bottom…why?

also what do i need to improve on so i can run fast farther? like i notice i start to slow down and i think fast jog after i reach a 200m

also, what are some good techniques to help me calm my heart rate, not breath as much, and have my legs ready for the next run?
by that i mean, so i feel normal, like i just started track practice?

sorry that it was so long…but thank you for taking the time to read it if you did =].

I had the exact same problem, when I was in the rail. I exactly cannot expand your Knöchel, but I asked mean coaches, what I should do

Their Knöchel is connections, which are bones. They können muscles, not bones only expand.

Thus it less & quot believe; winded& quot; and you lower your pulse faster, you mà ¼ ssen into better form come. Of, which it seems, rail drove off probably straight to you. If I were you, keep simple wà ¼ rde I to train. In some weeks you& #039; ll is in ehrfà ¼ the rchtigen form.
