How should I eat with trying to gain muscle and lose abdominal fat?
February 18th, 2012 | by admin |I have been bulking up for awhile now, I’d say about a year. During that time I was told to consume a major amount of calories, basically eat everything. Well, I did gain a lot of muscle, but I also collected some bellyfat. Not a beer belly, but enough to make me lose definition in my abdominal muscles. Now, I still want to lift and be bufff, but I also want a six pack. I know to get one you have to lose abdominal fat. What can I do to cut that out? I heard eat less, but if I eat less that make make me lose muscle mass, right? And I did the Eliptical for 20 mins today, will a little bit of cardio make me lose muscle mass too? I just want big muscles, and a rock hard six pack, but what type of food will I need and how much !? If I eat a lot, I might gain some fat over my abs, but if I don’t eat a lot, I will probably lose a chunk of muscle, right?? Any help here?
