I did some Ab exercise yesterday and it hurts like hell today?
March 16th, 2010 | by admin |Is it normal? Should I refrain from working out today or should I just go on? I am really determined to take that tires off from my belly!! Pretty darn determined! Please advise!
yes, if that’s the first time you did ab exercises then it is fairly normal to be really sore the next day (especially if you worked them really hard). don’t worry about i…today you can still work out (just don’t do abs). Do cardio/interval training and/or resistance training. And don’t forget to eat good food 5-6 small ‘meals’/day

Yeah , this is normal when you start exercise then you get some pain but after some time you will be okay.I too had same problem but now i love workout specially abs exercise.

If you just started then you should take it easy a bit the first few weeks. You don’t want to hurt your self and you haven’t even started.

I really am hoping your are not doing ab exercise alone to get rid of that spare of yours.
