Is this a good lower ab exercise?
March 13th, 2010 | by admin |I read somewhere that laying on you back and holding you legs about 6 inches off the ground is a good exercise for your lower abs. I’ve also read that those types of exercises are bad your back. Has anyone tried this and if so does it work?
It works as long as you know the principles behind this exercise. I suggest you join a mat pilates class or rent Denise Austin’s Mat Pilates videos. You will enjoy it as well as achieve the results you want..

it works but if you can’t handle the pain then you shouldn’t do it so high
