Nice smooth & fluid motion Shelly, the way it should be. I noticed that on your Push-Up video to… I envy you for that ability, I am not quite there yet… but watching you wonderful ladies take the time to explain & demonstrate continues to help me improve my form motions. That’s why I love watching women demonstrate, you all seem so graceful,it’s like “poetry in motion” watching you on your demo vids
