In this ab workout video I share some of my favorite abdominal exercises for getting six pack abs. However, the real key to building a shredded 6 pack is simply losing all the excess bodyfat that is covering your abs. Everyone has ab muscles, the only problem is that for 99.9% of the population those abs are covered by a layer of blubber. If you lose the fat, youll see your abs.

n already got 6 pak, it takes about 2 months of “consistent” cardio n no eat junk food but is easy to get the abs once u burn the fat.

    people… the …
people… the exercise @ 2:20…. DO NOT DO IT THIS WAY. There is a 3 part exercise Pilates move.. here’s how you do it (and this works better than ANY other one if you do it this way):lay down, put your left foot right behind your right kneecap. then life your leg into the air MAKING SURE that you lift your butt off of the ground also. Do this 15 times, then alternate legs.Keep hands behind your head, after that, like on the video, do that(without legs crossed)BUT,KEEP hands behind head, trust me
