		<description>I did this exercise for many months - then I tried it while sitting on a bench, raising and lowering from the floor - much better!  It stops all the hip swaying, I was like 10 times as sore the next day.  Keep the arm with the weight straight, the other on hip like doing a deep knee bend.</description>
