what is the best ab exercise?
March 18th, 2010 | by admin |I know a lot has to do with diet, but am pretty much skinny everywhere except for my tummy. How do I get it toned up with out losing weight everywhere else?
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

You have to loose weight, that is basically it. Those infomercials give people the idea that in order to remove that tummy fat you need their machine or you can do it by doing sit ups non-stop. The truth is you have to drop some body fat.
You can not focus on one area and just loose the fat there. Fat burns from your whole body.
Just try to diet for about a week or 2, and you will be suprised.
Good Luck

Don’t roll out of bed:
1) When you first wake up, put your legs in the air and try to do the candlestick. Hold for 10 seconds.
2) Reach as high as you can without going on your tip toes. Hold for 10 seconds.
3) The goal is to get your fingers under your foot without bending your knees. Hold for 15 seconds.
4) In car rides, on any turns you make, flex your abs and hold for as long as you can…usually 30 sedconds.
Hope I helped!
