crunches-upper and middle abs
oblique(elbow to aternate knee) crunches-great for obliques and toning "love handles"
reverse crunches(bringing knees to chest)-for lower abdominals

I read a study on where they measured what exercise targets all the ab group most efficiently: ball crunches and crunches with your feet on a bench. Bicycles are good too. They are all good though so mix it up. You don’t need any special toys….think about it…they are just to make money. The problem with normal exercises is people can’t make money on them…thats why you see commercial claiming that ‘this and that’ is better.
