To Answer your Question:
I did develop more definition in my abs than I have ever had after these 30 Days.
Couple Points:
1- The Eating I did was Critical to my Success.
2- I was Not overweight, though I was out of shape and hadn’t done an AB routine in some years.
3- I did practically No Cardio, though it would be a very good idea to do a Minimum of 2 total hours per week.
