    hi steve great advice for burning fat i have back problems but can still do minor exercises

    Erm…Lose weight in THAT section of your body anyways. Any exercise will increase your metabolism and burn fat throughout the body more efficiently. Cool stuff Steve, keep it up! Another component to weight loss is identifying the factors that put you in such a condition in the first place, and eliminating or reducing them from your lifestyle. In other words, get rid of the ‘bad stuff’ and then bring in newer, healthier components into your lifestyle.

    For everyone not just interested in obtaining a ’six-pack’ , but also losing weight around the mid-section, I cannot stress enough how much a full exercise routine, healthy and beneficial diet, and healthy lifestyle are important. You will need a complete ‘chest’ area workout that covers the whole mid section in order to lose weight. Crunches do not burn fat all too well. This is a great ‘AB’ focus video. Don’t forget to keep your stomach muscles contracted and firm for best results.

    any exercise you do will help wait loss as you burn calories, however, it’s important to combine these focused activities (weights and crunches etc) with cardio vascular – like swimming, cycling or running.

    Very nice, that position where you are faced to the ground pretty much supporting yourself with your stomach, gives a goooood burn, ive never seen taht excersice before. Great work
