Intense Home Ab Workout

This is a thorough routine for the abdominal muscles. The routine consists of exercises that isolate the three main areas of the core: the lower abs, the obliques, and the upper abs. Remember that it takes more than a solid ab workout to get a flat, toned midsection, however. Great abs happen as a result of consistent training that balances cardio, strength training, as well as a clean diet. For this workout, do each exercise for about 20-25 reps so that you do a total of about 200-300 reps for the abs (this is what I demonstrate in the video). The workout should be done 3-4 times per week.     I’m assuming you mean how many times you do this whole routine..
    id say atleast 2 times through a day, 3-4 times a week. id even up it to 4 times a day, this isnt the toughest ab workout out there
    youll also need to toss in alot of cardio to burn off the fat. these excercises just help strengthing the core, you wont see the muscles till you lose the layers of fat, id toss in cardio daily, 20 minutes a day, but atleast 3 times a week.

    try it without your legs being straight. with your knees bent and do it so they go donw and only your toes touch the floor. will stop strain then, and stop you hipflex getting over worked

    thepederast: it depends on what is your goal and what are you trying to achieve. if you want
    big abs then do it slowly and with weight. But if you want a flat core then do a lot of reps and no weight.
