Is it better to do an ab workout before or after running?

I do my abs after running because my heart rate is up and the blood is flowing throughout the body. They can be much more effective after running b/c your body is at an appropriate state! the only things that should be done before a run are streching and a light warm-up!

after, otherwise my abs are fatigued during my run which does not feel good
