Good video and well …
Good video and well explained. I like the use of the bench to get that extra stretch on the rectus abdominus muscle but you gotta becareful of your back if your gonna do that.

exercise is only 50% of it, nutrition is really the key to losing weight, your body with no exercise will burn between 1500 and 2000 calories every day, so think if you’re not eating as much as ur body is burning, and then you incorporate exercise, thats when you see results at a faster rate, people can be strong and super fit, but still have that “pudgy look” which is usually attributed to their diet.

Oh my god, I’ve …
Oh my god, I’ve been doing this exercise forever and never really knew it was an ‘official’ one.
Anyways, I lost weight and did a lot of crunches doing this too – and I lost about 20 lbs (of course I ate very healthy)
I also didn’t bend my knees though, I kept my legs straight up. It intensifies it..
