what are good ab workouts after cardio and a good ab workout plan for 30min?
March 9th, 2010 | by admin |so what are come good ab workouts for right after cardio on the tredmill and also a good abs and upper body workout for like 30mins to 45mins without the cardio?
Abs and upper body. If you can work out your abs for 30-45 minutes straight then I want your autograph! ![]()
Push ups is excellent for upper body. Crunches are good for abs. You can do those on both sides as well. So about 3 different sets of crunches.
Lifting free weights and/or the universal type machine for upper body is good.
Try to not work out your entire body in one day. Concentrate on upper body one day with a little cardio like running on the treadmill and do your legs another day. If you concentrate on upper body all the time then you will look like the guys that have itty bitty underdeveloped legs and huge arms. That looks goofy.
