What is a really good uncommon ab workout?
March 10th, 2010 | by admin |i play football and run track. i workout everyday i’m pretty muscular everywhere EXCEPT THE ABS and its really frustrating. I lift weights and run all the time. I’ve tried crunches, hanging crunches, every single ab workout i can think. Any ideas?

25 crunches
25 bicycle crunches
25 V-ups (with or without med ball)
25 leg raises
25 decline crunches
50 trunk twists with med ball
plank for 1 minute
Do each exercise in order, with as little rest as possible between each. You want to keep intensity up and a constant stress on the abdominal muscles.
