What is the name of the No Crunch Ab workout on TV?

There is a no crunch ab workout DVD on TV mainly for women. I can’t remember what its called and haven’t seen it lately. Its driving me nuts. Looks like a whole lot of core yoga.

I think I know what you’re talking about because I saw it on TV as well, only once then I never saw it again!
