Whats the best Ab workout with a bad back?

So i fractured 2 vertebrae 2 months ago and im not really supposed to move around alot but i feel fine now, and i was wondering which Ab workout machine would be best for and easy productive workout without hurting my lower back. The Ab Circle? Ab lounge? how do they feel?
