Are there any bodybuilding supplements other than Creatine and Whey Protein that are worth it? That actually make your muscles bigger?

Tuna is the best for .49 -.69 a can its a great buy.
To gain muscle consume at least 2 -3 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
Be prepared to eat like a hog. lol
Next best is raw whole eggs put vanilla or cocoa & splenda, milk with eggs in a blender.
When reading food labels buy anything with the most protein & least calories & fat for the $ and eat like a hog!

I wouldnt recommend Creatine even, i have read some articles, not as harmless as people say. Plus its fake muscle, just water, doesnt do very much to improve preformance. Stick with intense workouts and protien.

You are asking this question like it is the supplement that makes your muscle bigger. It is not. It’s the workout that makes your muslces bigger given the optimum nutrition conditions.. and that’s where the various supplements come onto play… they are intended to ensure your muscles have every chance of increasing/maintaining mass following the workout.

In answer to your question, I think L-Glutamine is "worth it". Check it out.

As for creatine – it does increase your volume by inducing water retention, however, that is so that nutrients are at the muscle at the critical time so that nutrients can feed muscle growth… when you stop, your volume of water retention diminishes but whatever muscle you have built while using creatine remains.

Protein is essential but protein supplements may not be, depending on your diet.
