Quick question for the taller people like me (Im 6′2) should I use a sumo stance? when i bend down to get my hands on the bar my flexabiltity in my hips rnt great so my heels are actually off the ground.. Any tips?

i like how he added an extra ten pound plate to the weight after he was done deadlifting to make himself look stronger lol. time 6:44 he is deadlifting 3 45s and a 35 at 7:18 he shows the weight as 3 45s a 35 and a 10

Guys talking about …
Guys talking about the body fat %’s DROP IT, it doesn’t matter. It’s irrelevant to him at this point in his training because the guy is probably bulking. Body builders only look shredded like you see on TV for about 3 weeks out of the entire year. The rest of the time they are lifting and eating. Then whenit comes time to prep they start cutting down. Quit giving him about his body % and how it could be less and he’d look better and whatnot. HE KNOWS!
