    Nice video. I do all of these things but my muscles still do not regenerate quickly any advice? I eat a reasonable amount of protein. Am I possibly not eating enough? When I used to bike 50-100 miles daily I used to eat 4 lbs of starch 2 lbs of chicken McD’s and various junk food. My body healed up faster to my workouts. Now that I work out harder and don’t bike virtually ever I don’t eat nearly 2 lbs a day. I have a hard time eating more. Do I need to burn more cals or something? Advice please.

    training big muscle groups does help ! but it doesnt level up ur test level ! it brings up groth hormone level !

    ok ….I think I may have an issue on gaining musle mass. You see around like four five months ago I had a testicular torsion and by the time I got to the hospital it was too late one of my testicals had to be removed. now the doctor says its ok to work out again but my question is can my body produce adoquate amounts of testosterone needed for muscle mass gains with only one testical?

    i am 13 years old and im incredibly skinny and have small arms. i can pick up heavy people on my back but thats about it. any tips so i can put on weight and get stronger?

    @CORNP00 i dont think so i think they just have a very fast metabolism
    besides there are ectomorphs with such a low voice, hair, and bad temper
    (testosterone indicators)

    So you say the amount of muscle you can build depends on Testosterone levels….

    Does that mean that ectomorphs dont produce alot of Testosterone?

    I would love it if Sean or anyone else who has muscle building experience could give me some feedback. I want to try a new workout routine that only uses compound exercises. I would do Bench press, Deadlift, Squats, Shoulder press, Dips, Pull-ups etc. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I would do Cardio/Abs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Everyone says that these are the most important lifts, but I don’t know if it would be good to work the muscle groups three times a week. Any feedback?

    which exercise boost ur Test. more? Squat or Deadlift ( conventional, not stiff legged).
