I found that GNC Whey/Hydrolyze protein works better than ON Whey. I still take ON Creatine though.
Also scondore, that looked more like a pint glass. not a 8oz. You should try using Adam’s peanut butter, that’s the peanut butter that still has those essential fats.

ok…i just started weight lifting in the beginning of my Sophmore year. Its summer now and i have 3 weeks till school to start my Junior year. My question is….should i drink the muscle building shakes? Like How much really does it help to build muscle than not drinking it and weight lifting without any help from protein shakes and stuff?
