Very Nice Bro=) Im about to compete as well….ALL NATURAL IS THE WAY TO BE…I cant believe some of the this ignorant crap that people post on here. They dont realize it is totally possible for someone to get big and ripped just by taking..Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids, and a protein substitute….people just dont like the fact that some people just have a higher work ethic then others…I figure, if they think that I look like im on steroids, though im not, then THANKS FOR THE COMPLEMENT=)

@Nietzsche715
Yes i realize that, I’ve cut 20 pounds and my arms are more defined but kept the overall size (dropped around a half inch) I don’t know where to even start to compete or get recognizition in ontario for body building.

@RippinSkullz There’s a lot more to arms than a measurement. I have 18 inch arms and I’m fairly muscular, but they don’t look like this guys arms. If you have 18inch lean arms at 18, you should be very proud and realize you don’t know a lot of guys at any age with arms like that.

I bought Layne’s New DVD. All i can say is that its worth every penny. Quite inspirational. 1 Quick question. Layne, this whole “gain 1 lb a week when bulking” doesn’t make sense. Is it ok if i go on a small calorie suplus, about 200-300 calorie surplus a day?
Keep killing it!

sick! im basicly a natrual pro bodybuilder, no fucking way!
if i lived in the us that is… fucking hell it seems as if they hand out pro cards to anybody, why the fuck is it so hard over here in the uk, my mates been at it for like 8 years and he’s still an amature after winning everything but like one show by one point… and i know how you feel about the accusations, so many people say, what you on then? and they dont believe what u tell em, so now i just tell em yeah im on even if im not.

It;’s funny to here people talk smack about someone nobody truly knows. All of your comments are pure speculation. Layne is an incredible All Natural Bodybuilder and Coach. He currently is my fiances coach, which I might ad a Two Time All Natural Figure Pro. She has more muscle than probably most you jokers. Thanks to Layne and is expertise Shianne Behan is going to win the Pro USA’s in Sacramento in two weeks. By the way, he has a PHD in nutritional sciences. you may call him Dr. Layne Norton.

I’m bigger than this guy in the military and natural. I should be a pro.

Dude, Natural Bodybuilding is cool. Do you use any thing (like supplements) to trim and cut down for contest?
By Guitar1hero23 on Sep 5, 2010 | Reply
i really respect this guy. hes got a lot going for him, and i really wish that he will eventually get the recognition that is owed to him.

Go Layne! You inspire me like no one else!

Fairplay to him! Steroid use is cheating, it’s performance enhancing and not a natural source whereas Protein is a supplement that could just be found in a regular meal. There is a huge difference. That said, the huge guys on steroids are still having to train incredibly hard, but don’t use steroids and try and take the moral high ground.

Thank you for sticking to your choice not to use steroids.
I need rolemodels like layne, skip, jeff etc. Cause its so freaking disheartening when i see someone that looks awsome and that i respect, And everyone on youtube starts bashing him/her/
Take care, you’re an awsome athlete!
