@LarryTheSwanson People argue facts all the time, and then find out that it was not true! It used to be a fact that the world was flat. So saying its a fact doesn’t mean it can’t be disproved.
And anyways.. muscle burns fat.. so if one has muscle in one part of the body.. that muscle will burn the surrounding fat.
If you can’t target areas.. then why is it the stomach takes longer to go away when running than sit ups or twists?
