i play football and run track. i workout everyday i'm pretty muscular everywhere EXCEPT THE ABS and its really frustrating. I lift weights and run all the time. I've tried crunches, hanging crunches, every single ab workout i can think. Any ideas?

so what are come good ab workouts for right after cardio on the tredmill and also a good abs and upper body workout for like 30mins to 45mins without the cardio?
