I'd like to have decent visible toning on my arms without flexing and visible (but not too popping-out) abs without flexing. Ive been working out for 2 months and can only see a verrry slight improvment in my arms and sorta faint ab muscles only when i flex them.

I would like a good workout plan that covers aerobic for stamina and some muscles to help with my upper body in checking and shooting. Does anyone here workout or know? I want to get into shape during the summer for the fall season, i already have my hockey skills ...

I want to start a body weight lifting routine (with pull-ups, push-ups, etc.), and run on the off days (not a very intense run). What would be a good, balanced, and effective routine using those criteria?

I am only lifting for about 25 days to get ready for tennis season.

I am 16, 5' 6" and looking into loosing some weight and building muscle. I currently weigh about 140 lbs and would like to loose several pounds and gain that important muscle mass. Does anyone know of a routine or diet that would help achieve this

i am 210 pounds and would like to cut down to 170, and get ripped. i plan on starting to use force factor... but dont know a routine to go with it.

Here's what im thinking of doing weekly.
Mon.- chest, biceps, and forearms.
Tues.- back and triceps.
Wed.- off/running
Thur.- shoulders and traps
Fri.- legs and core
Sat.- off/running
Sun-. off/running
Does this sound like a good workout routine?
