I want to start hiting the gym, i weigh 120 pounds...I know your supossed to dedicate a day to one thing..Can someone tell me how my routine should go cause i really have no idiea? And also what about a diet? And what about creatine or protein?

i play volleyball, i don't want this routine to take over my life, i would just like to loose a bit of my thighs and tummy, getting some abs would be nice too ;)
