The exercises are …
The exercises are excellent and I am doing them daily. However, while doing them I noticed that the skin on my stomack is hanging at it looks like I am an old lady.. Is there a way to tighten it, or is that the result of skin being stretched as a result of getting older…do pregnant women have this problem post-pregnancy and is there ANYTHING I can do about it via exercise…otherwise I am in great shape…looking forward to your reply.
