@Tatianag1203 Choose several abdominal exercises – 5 different exercises if you are starting with exercising routine (abdominal exercises are on last pages of our channel). Perform each exercise with at least 10-15 repetitions, 2 cycles. When you feel ready, add more exercises and more repetitions. After first cycle (after all 5 exercises) stretch your abdominal muscles. >>> answer: at least 100 repetitions of different ab exercises to see results / 5 days a week / at least 1 month…

Yes, lower abs are generally hardest to tone… but be persistent and you will make it!

of course … it is best to perform cardio for warming up (jogging, fast walking, jumping, dancing). Also, do not forget to stretch your body…
