@CutiieBehan to lose weight cardio workout is recommended (jogging, swimming, fast walking…). make sure to warm up your joints before cardio activity (especially knees, ankles). you should perform weight lifting exercises, but I recommend light weights (up to 2 kg each hand) and abdominal workout. Nutrition is also an important part of weight loss process.

@Mrsrecepies first, I think you should eat according to food pyramid – which does not mean eating fruit only because as soon as you start eating ‘normal’ your weight will return. it is best to eat fruit in the morning or right after training, but besides that you should eat according to food pyramid. also, incorporate cardio workout in your training (fast walking, jogging, dancing etc.) which is the best way to lose weight.

@Mrszshaysee I think that everything will come naturally – just incorporate more cardio in your daily workout such as jogging swimming or cycling, eat 5 small meal and your weight will come down naturally. I think if you should lose more than 5kg – weight you have now is also in the scope of ‘normal’… start with cardio and also start doing abdominal workout – if you are a complete beginner 100 repetitions will do (have 5 different exercises, each 20 repetitions)

These are great, but none of these will work if you do not do any cardio.
