Does the royal Caribbean cruise have a fitness/workout room of any type?

All of the ships have a very well equipped workout room, with treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, workout machines and free weights. There is also an area where they have mats and the core balls. They also offer different classes every day such as yoga, Pilate’s, spinning, aerobics, etc. Plus there is an outdoor track on an upper deck for jogging or walking.

Most Definantly. All the workout rooms can be found on either the promenade or lido deck ( pool deck). There are two major exercising rooms on both ends of the ship one equipped with treadmills and cardio exercise machines, and the other equipped with weight lifting machines. Also, the highest level of the outside of the ships has a small track if you feel like running a few laps.

All RCCL cruise ships have huge fitness centers onboard…the staff and trainers are all very helpfull and they have classes (aerobic, spin, water aerbics..ETC..) so if you love going to the gym, you’ll love it! Hope this helped
