@narenreddy7 it is okay to rest specific muscle groups if a workout is intense (if you for example perform 1000 abdominal exercises); if you on the other hand perform 100 abdominal exercises, there is no need to take a rest …

    Hi.
Best exercise on our channel for lower abs is called “Stomach Exercises for Women – 6-pack workout”. You can get several combinations of exercises out of this one. Another good one on our channel for lower abs is called “Abdominal Exercises Lower”, or “Exercise for Flat Tummy – Scissor Kick”. These are all exercises for lower abs. If you want to lose fat, you will also have to combine cardio workout (running…) with proper diet.

    Np :)
Protein shakes are fine and are also a good meal replacement.
Up to 2 protein shakes on a workout day. It is best to drink one 15-30 minutes before exercise and 15 minutes after the exercise.

Cardio workout for loosing weight (such as jogging, cycling, swimming and similar). Combine cardio with “toning” exercises such as this, and proper diet (high is proteins, 5 small meals a day, a breakfast is a must!) and in a few months you will be at your goal. Good luck !

i am a 17 y/o male and im about 5′6 170 lbs. i am trying to lose weight, so my question is will doing these transform my gut straight to muscle or deplete my gut, then rebuild?

This depends on your physical condition. If you are not overweight, I would say you ca reach the goal in 1-2 months… with proper nutrition of course.

how long does it take to get ripped abdominals?

  16. By steadyhealth on Sep 6, 2010 | Reply

No, not at all! Ankle weights are an advanced option. Start without them, and when you feel you are ready, continue with ankle weights, or simply perform more repetitions…

do you really need ankle weights?
