wow, you were really working it out julbennes! that’s fantastic! … =D … i know i said i found it tough (both in the vid and in my comments) but Ahmad says it’s different for everyone. and, he also told me that the week would get easier! … =0 … i wasn’t sure if that was true =< …. but it was!!! (and what a relief! hahaha) so, as you keep pushing through, in a couple of days it wont be quite so tough! … LOL … no matter what ~ you ROCK julbennes! … =D

Thank you. I am eating what you posted on lesson 3. I did two rounds. Hopefully today I’ll do three in the evening when I come back from work, I couldn’t do it this morning.
