thank you for the video. I am glad you didn’t edit the fall. I have used this motion many times and it is great for obliques. But sometimes you fall !! It is the way it goes! I see you have hardwood in your apartment. I have put 2 thick towels on the floor so I didn’t loose my security deposit from floor damage.
