Muscle is made of …
Muscle is made of muscle cells which contain myofibrils. Protein helps rebuild muscle and induces cell division when muscles rebuild.
Muscles create force by cycling myosin crossbridges and contracting the sacromeres. Calcium ions also help move the tropomyosin protein and allowing contact of myosin heads to the actin.

Yep, protein stores as fat if it isn’t used right away. So the only reason you should be taking protein is if you NEED it to rebuild muscles. Never take more than is the bare minimum or you will get fat.

Her program here is excellent, the perfect metabolic burn that can get results during the cold months when you can’t or prefer not to go outside either to run or to get to a gym. Love the reps too, and the order of the exercises. She’d be able to do more pushups per rep if she didn’t have boob enhancements, but nevertheless she has achieved a very toned, healthy woman’s build without looking like a bodybuilder. Well done.
