		<description>for pre workout i wouldn&#039;t really go for a drink. you need something with carbs before you workout. after workouts as far as protein shakes go - i really like muscle milk. it&#039;s pretty good and comes in lots of flavors. also there are these bars i like call dr. carb right. they taste awesome and come in lot of flavs too. plus they are low in carbs and saturated fat but high in protein. also for snacks to up my protein i eat healthy jerky called ostrim. they sell them in gnc and vitamin shoppe. its has a lot of protein and is only 80 cals.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
