    @AtlasAtPeace Ok, yeah I was just curious. I am RKC and I learned everything from Pavel’s books. Regardless, I like the vids and I’ve used some of your drills in my own training. I really like the planks and calisthenic stuff because it’s sort of new to me.

    @AtlasAtPeace Do you mean how did I learned Kettlebells? I owe it all to my other half, Andrew. He’s both personal trainer and Advanced Kettlebell Coach. I’ve been learning kettlebells for the past year or so. Fitness has been a big part of the last 2 1/2 years though. Never read any of Pavel’s books I afraid.

    @Kitty8Tim I managed to do a 300 workout today… and with a little help filmed it, just uploaded it. used a 12kg and almost died… can’t wait to see your version.

    @TheBarefootWarrior I’d say it probably would chisel your body, but it’s a tough one. Will do it again, but maybe not 3 times per week. :p

    @Kitty8Tim You are supposed to do it 3x a week for 12 weeks to chisel your body – at least that’s what they recommend.

    @metrofitness Yeah, I was actually considering training to do the actual 300 workout, but it would be VERY challenging :/ But a KB one would be good too, so you never know.

    @Kitty8Tim Might I suggest a 300 rep workout combining classic kettlebell moves with plyometric type exercises (jump lunges, squats jumps etc) I haven’t seen anything like that on youtube.

    You could call it “Girl does the 300 workout”
