help with workout guides for fitness and strength?

can someone help me as i dont know what to do for fitness workout guides and strength work please help me

Get dumbbells and use them when you are watching tv. That is all you need..

    Let me tell you what worked for me, i used to wake up early and drink a lot of water, i avoided junk foods, i jog and do push ups two times daily, before i knew it, i lost much pounds. you can see my link below.

    I used two guides when I was trying to get in shape before. My bench press went from 135 to 305 in about a year. You definitely should use them too
