    uh no, ur retarded. this actually works pretty well and it has 4 great workouts that are nice to do and help you stay in shape. you probably never even tried the video. it also helps if your doing the abs diet at the same time.

    this is retarded….why not simply go & run 3-5 Km with 10kg bag on ur shoulders? will only take like 10 min or less & u burn shitload more calories than doing this 15 min crap.
