I got up early and got it done before I could give myself any excuses. Now I am energize and better yet I have done my workout and don’t have it hanging over my head for the day!     @dude04345 yeah i do mine on carpet too (im on day 6 as of today) and it may make some of the exercises harder since it absorbs your impact thus requiring a little but more effort to push off. but its great if your really overweight or if you have any knee problems as it does soften the impact.

    gr8 vid..i adopted the same mentality when i was doing the insanity workout. I just kept reminding myself, that this is going to be the toughest part of the day..I received my INsanity TSHIRT the other day and ‘m gonna start another round soon..good luck Team Insanity

    grab some cardboard and tape it to the floor. don’t know if the sweat will seep through to the carpet but worth a shot.

    Yeah carpet is great! Less impact though it may soak up a lot of sweat =).

    question my insanity dvd set will be here on tuesday, is it ok i can do these workouts on carpet because in my apartment i do not have a wooden floor.

    it has you do ab ripper 3 times a week. honestly though, its your choice, if during the first week you arent feeling up to it…its ok to do it twice or once a week till you can do it up to three times a week, and you usually do it after the resistance dvd (like chest and back, back and biceps, ect.)

    once every other day and it’s a supplement workout – you add it additionally to your daily workout for the day

    I ordered the P90x but still haven’t recieved it. I have a general question which is if the program tells you what workouts to do. Also do you do certain workouts more than once per week. For example: do you do the AB ripper 3 times a week or just once a week.

    Just completed day 2! Wow. Shaun T is a madman. The workouts are awesome. I thought the workouts would be along the same line as the Fit Test, but boy was I wrong. They are much, much harder LOL. Dig Deep!

    dude! Thats the exact same schedule I have every single day. Mon.-Sun. I do the same thing. Wake up at 3am workout starts by 4am. Try to keep the same schedule every day and you wont have a case of the “Mondays”. Way to go bro. Bring It!!!

    I sometimes have the same problem with that whole procrastination thing. It’s amazing how many other things you can find to do other than to work out when you’re not really “feeling it.” It’s hard sometimes.

    haha, Me too. Actually I am still in highschool and like you, I’ve gone to every single f’n practice too. But unfortunately, this up coming year is my last year (senior year) I can’t swim because of my classes. I really want that Team Captain spot but unfortunately I won’t be able to achieve it. But I’m still hitting the pool at least 4 days a week for an extra cardio workout. My status is currently day 101 of p90x into p90x +. I got that trial DVD also and it was pretty rad.

    HaHaHa rock on! I am soooo ready, Let’s make this 100% completion. I don’t care if my leg falls off (Well I do a little), I am going to rock this!

    You know when I was younger on a Swim Team I was the ONLY kid that managed to make Every SIngle F’n practice Rain, Sleet, or sunshine. Maybe that’s why I made Team Captain? Hmm? =)

    What I am saying is I know I can do this! I’ve already brought huge dedication before, it’s all in just knowing you will without ever questioning yourself!
