how much rest time in between each of your 8 sprints, like 2 or 5 min after the first sprint then do the second sprint working up to 8 with about a few minutes of rest??

hey dude, i dont have time to go to the playground and do all those workouts, but do you know for any chance if i can do those exercises at home, because im really skinny for my age and i need a change since i live in the ghetto. pleaze help me out sir.

Choose 5 of these and go for as little rest as possible and workout at least 3 days per week, 5 is better. Check my other vids for more exercises!
