ANY idiot that thinks 4 minutes a day can do anything even remotely close to getting you in shape is a gullible fool, and is looking for the easy way out, no wonder americans are so fat, and getting fatter buy the day. Might as well slap on some cellulite removing cream while your at it.

@ellalalalaala Plenty. I’d say more calories than you can burn in 5 minutes by most other programs out there. So on Cardio days, it’s probably worth a try.
