Ok so I do core exercises and they always say tighten you abdominal muscles when you do this. How do I do this? Am I suppose to hold my stomach in? Are is there some else I am suppose to do.

Since my 1st pregnancy my abdominal muscles have been really weak especially the lower ones,and i had a c-section.I have been working out but apparently it's only working for the upper ones.I wanna get ready for another pregnancy and also get a hotter look.Any advice?

Men and women who lift heavy items can tear their abdominal muscles, making further lifting or child bearing stressful. What is recommended to repair this condition? And would surgery be recommended for someone with keloidosis?

it will last for a week or so then be gone for a few months and then come back. Any lifting or much exertion will cause pain in abd region and back and walking is difficult also. Then when it's gone, I feel fine. Any ideas?
