<p>Also how long should I work out and how often and what should my work out involve?<br />
I&#8217;m a female and weigh 127 and I&#8217;m 5&#8242;6, so overall I&#8217;m not overweight it&#8217;s just that I have a lot of fat in that one area.</p>
