It&#8217;s time to work some conditioning with my favorite tools in the toolbox the SteelBell from Hyper Wear and the Loadable Sledgehammer from Stronger Grip. Equal movement patterns, equal results, two times the fun!! With proper instruction, the sledgehammer can be utilized for fantastic conditioning and power development. Make sure the focus is on the technique and the speed of the movement. Be sure to never overload your athlete with something they can&#8217;t handle. The SteelBell is safe to slam on all surfaces; however, be careful to avoid any sharp surfaces with rocks or debris. Both movements compliment each other with the SteelBell being more appropriate for younger and inexperienced athletes before using the sledgehammer. As always, enjoy wearing your Hyper Vest PRO weight vest while you pound it out!</p>

The Pistol Squat is one of the most demanding, but rewarding, single leg exercise one can perform. Its purpose is to improve force production, mobility, and muscular coordination in each individual leg. Today&#8217;s exercise is the Rolling Pistol Squat, where with the assistance of Hyper Wear&#8217;s products, and a little bit of momentum, anyone can improve on the execution of the traditional Pistol Squat. The Hyper Vest PRO works great with the RPS, due to its stretching ability and its lack of bulk. The SandBell offers a small but great counter balance to the eccentric part of the exercise. This week we&#8217;re focusing on how SteelBells and SandBells can be a great training aide for Kettlebell training. Now, when performing the Jerk exercise with a Kettlebell, there is a slight counter movement, called &#8220;the Bump&#8221;, that helps create a much more explosive and efficient Jerk repetition. The Bump creates a more explosive stretch-shortening cycle in the entire body, so that the athlete doesn&#8217;t have to rely on taxing the muscles in the shoulder to perform their best Jerk repetition. Take a look at this week&#8217;s video to see how I use a 40lb SteelBell to create a more comfortable &#8220;Bump&#8221; to prepare for my Kettlebell competition. Once again, you will see how Kettlebell training can be greatly assisted by using products from Hyper Wear! Never Stand Still!!!</p>
