Ok so my top right abdominal muscle is twice the size of my top left. If you could please tell me what excursive i would have to do and how to do it (Like what foot/leg over what foot/leg) I would really appreciate any help. Thank you for your time

I do a few abdominal exercises that involve weights, usually 3 sets of 3-5 different exercises. Is it okay to work the abs a consecutive days?
Also what about pectoralis muscles? Any suggestions on increasing chest muscle mass in 30 days?
